Forums updated - New features added.

Just migrated the forums to the newest version today, and added a few plugins.
Currently liking some of the core updates added but haven't had a chance to see all of em in effect with the low traffic we currently have.
I'm aiming to perform some major changes to everything in the near future so we'll see how things go with the slow rollout.
